U盘刷BIOS是指使用U盘作为媒介来更新或刷新计算机的基本输入输出系统（BIOS）。
BIOS是计算机启动时加载的第一个软件，它负责初始化硬件并加载操作系统的引导程序。在某些情况下，如计算机硬件升级、解决兼容性问题或修复BIOS错误时，可能需要更新BIOS。
U盘（格式化成FAT32格式）
解压BIOS文件后，直接把EFI文件夹放在U盘根目录下
按Delete进入BIOS，关闭ME，F10保存。
开机按F11快速启动，选择带UEFI开头的U盘选项回车
自动进入SHELL模式，自动刷新到完成！
刷BIOS完成后，重启按DEL键进BIOS 按F9（载入优化设置）回车,F10（保存并退出）回车！
注意：刷BIOS过程不能断电，否则引起BIOS损坏，不开机！

1、 USB flash disk (formatted into FAT32 format)
2、 After decompressing the BIOS file, directly put the EFI folder in the root directory of the USB flash disk.
3、 Press DEL to enter BIOS and close ME.
4、 Turn on the computer and press F11 to quickly start, select the option of the USB flash disk with the beginning of UEFI and press Enter.
5、 Automatically enter SHELL mode, automatically refresh to completion！
6、 After flashing the BIOS, restart and press the DEL key to enter the BIOS, press F9 (load optimization settings) to enter, F10 (save and exit) to enter！
Note: Do not turn off the power during flashing the BIOS, otherwise
the BIOS will be damaged and the device will not boot
